In line with government guidance in relation to social distancing, Trueline Expanded Products have suspended all site activity and manufacturing for a period of 3 weeks.
Our main, priority during this time of national crisis, is to protect the wellbeing of all individuals by reducing the need for interaction in the workplace.
As a business we are remaining open and are able to deal with any enquiries or queries during this period. We have a team of support staff that are now working from home and we would ask that you send all communications to our central email address enquiries@truelineproducts.co.uk to allow us to coordinate a response.
Any emails sent to individual email addresses will not be dealt with during this time.
For our supply chain, please do not deliver any of our orders to any of our warehouses unless you are instructed to do so. We understand this will cause major problems, and we ask for your patience and support during this time of crisis. Please note it is not our intention to cancel any orders, only temporarily suspend them. We understand clearly there are commercial implications for all and so we respectfully ask you to work collaboratively with us for the immediate future.
