Over Sills

Trueline sills have been developed to suit most conditions and detailed requirements for the weathering of external rendering and external wall insulation systems. We are able to provide sills with welded end caps and fixing lugs. The sill is then Polyester powder coated to a colour of your choice. Everything is manufactured in-house ensuring the fastest turn around service.

Fixing

We will recommend the methods of fixing for a particular situation. These include high strength gap filling adhesive, fixing lugs, retention brackets and mechanical fixing. Ensure when fixing that a gap of 3-6mm is left between lengths, in a continuous run, to allow for the thermal expansion of aluminium

Compatibility

Aluminium should be protected from materials which may cause electrolytic corrosion, such as cement based products
