Following last week’s Trueline Values Awards, we’re delighted to formally announce the promotion of Ryan Taylor to General Manager.

Ryan joined Trueline three years ago as Operations Manager, drawn to the vision of where the business was heading. Fast forward to today, and that vision is no longer just a plan, it’s something being delivered across the business every single day.

Over the past few years, Ryan has played a key role in strengthening processes, improving consistency, and developing talent across the team, helping to build a culture where standards continue to move forward.

In his new role, Ryan will oversee the day-to-day running of the business, with a continued focus on performance, efficiency, and delivery, all while supporting our ongoing growth journey.

What stands out most is Ryan’s leadership style and the way he’s brought people with him. As he puts it:
