It was such an honour to present Charlie, our incredible Business Support Coordinator, with the Community Value Award at the Trueline 30th Anniversary Event. Charlie has been a shining light within the Trueline team, never failing to lift spirits.

Her hard work and dedication, not only within the company but also as part of the community, have become something we are truly proud to have within our team. She has shown non-stop commitment to her work here at Trueline and to helping her community, supporting those in need or just lifting someone’s spirit who walks into our HQ. She always goes above and beyond in everything she does, and we are truly appreciative to have her as part of the Trueline Family.

“I was so surprised to receive my award, totally unexpected, but it means the absolute world to me. I was so overwhelmed by the lovely, kind words that Josh said at the ceremony and in the letter from Luke. I care passionately for others and love helping people, so to be told that I raise people’s spirits and make them smile just means everything to me. The team spirit and family values are fantastic, and I love being part of the Trueline family. I know I’m extremely lucky to have found a job that I love…from chatting with our customers, suppliers & visitors, sharing a laugh and a joke with my TEP team members and meeting awesome people daily. It’s the best, and I have truly found my happy place.”
